我们对直接法合成丙烯腈进行了研究,以克分子比为7:1的乙炔与氰化氢的混合气体,通入含有625克氯化亚铜、336克氯化铵和625克水的催化剂(pH=1),在80℃反应,氰化氢的转化率达92%以上,乙炔与氰化氢的克分子配料比及通入催化剂的速度对产率有显著影响.对混合产物中的氰化氢、乙醛及丙烯腈含量进行了测定.用分镏的方法除去粗产品中的少量杂质,得到了与间接法有同等聚合性能的丙烯腈.
We have studied the direct synthesis of acrylonitrile, a 7: 1 molar ratio of acetylene and hydrogen cyanide gas mixture, containing 625 grams of cuprous chloride, 336 grams of ammonium chloride and 625 grams of water catalyst (pH = 1) and reacted at 80 ℃, the conversion rate of hydrogen cyanide reached over 92%, the mole ratio of acetylene to hydrogen cyanide and the speed of catalyst introduced had a significant effect on the yield The content of hydrogen cyanide, acetaldehyde and acrylonitrile were measured.The minor impurities in the crude product were removed by the method of fractionation to obtain the acrylonitrile with the same polymerization performance as the indirect method.
