五日生化需氧量值是沼液特征的一项重要指标,根据HJ505-2009《水质五日生化需氧量（BOD5）测定稀释与接种法》对沼液进行测定,通过对不确定度的分析和评定,找出实验的主要影响因素,为进一步提高实验精确度和精密度提供了依据。测试结果表明,合成不确定度为0.58%,扩展不确定度为1.16%。
