Bo Yang, a well known writer in Taiwan, has at last found his foster daughter after 54 years’ separation. On 16 May, 2002, a confirmation ceremony was held simultaneously both in Shenyang and Taipei for the father and daughter’s happy reunion through a picture phone system provided by a telecommunication carrier in Shenyang, capital city of Northeast China’s Liaoning Province, and its counterpart in Taipei, Taiwan.
