中国文化与西方文化在二十一世纪的较量.撞击和融合,将是人类有史以来规模最大.影响最深远的文化交融,必将影响人类未来文明的发展趋向。从短期看.西方文化的中国化.尤其是管理思想的中国化.将直接影响中国企业家如何学习西方乃至人类一切先进的管理思想.如何继承和发扬中国传统文化中的智慧和精神、如何其灵活地运用到现实的企业经营中去.并在未来的经济角逐中赢得可持续发展的核心竞争力。西方文化不中国化.中国将不可能真正吸纳西方文明之精神:中国企业家不以“中国化”的方法,“拿来”西方管理思想.同样不可能掌握和运用西方管理技术之精华。
The clash between Chinese culture and Western culture in the 21st century will be the largest and most influential cultural exchange ever made by mankind and will inevitably affect the development trend of human civilization in the future. In the short run, the westernization of Western culture, especially the Chinese management of thought, will directly affect how Chinese entrepreneurs learn from all the advanced management ideas of the West and even mankind. How to inherit and carry forward the wisdom and spirit in Chinese traditional culture? Flexible use of the reality of business operations to go and in the future economic competition won the core competitiveness of sustainable development. It is impossible for China to really absorb the spirit of Western civilization: Chinese entrepreneurs do not “bring” western management ideas with the method of “Chineseization.” It is equally impossible to master and apply the essence of Western management techniques.
