支气管扩张为临床常见急症之一。在祖国医学中属“咯血”范畴。近10年来,笔者应用中西医结合方法治疗此病33例,疗效满意,现报导如下。1 临床资料 本组33例中,男18例,女15例,年轻最大76岁,最小24岁,平均54岁;出血分级参照《中医内科急症咯血诊疗规范》分级,轻度:日咯血量<100ml;中度:日咯血量在100～500ml;重度:日咯血>500ml。本组中轻度出血者19例,中度出血者3例,重度大咯血者1例。
Bronchiectasis is one of the common clinical emergency. In the motherland medicine is a “hemoptysis” category. The past 10 years, I applied the method of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 33 cases of the disease, with satisfactory results, are reported as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 33 patients, 18 males and 15 females, the youngest 76 years old, minimum 24 years old, average 54 years old; bleeding grade with reference to “Chinese medicine medical emergency treatment of hemoptysis” classification, mild: hemoptysis < 100ml; moderate: daily hemoptysis in 100 ~ 500ml; severe: hemoptysis> 500ml. 19 cases of mild bleeding in this group, 3 cases of moderate bleeding, severe hemoptysis in 1 case.
