目的了解嘉兴市流行性腮腺炎的流行病学特征,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对嘉兴市2005-2007年腮腺炎病例进行分析。结果2005-2007年嘉兴市报告流行性腮腺炎病例4351例,年平均发病率71.96/10万;全年每月均有发病,发病有明显的季节性,春末夏初和冬季为2个发病高峰;患者男、女比例为2.34∶1,人群发病主要集中在5~14岁,占全部病例的91.18%;病例主要分布在学生、幼托儿童和散居儿童3个群体中,占97.00%。结论应对重点人群接种腮腺炎疫苗,加强疫情监测和开展健康教育降低腮腺炎发病率。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Jiaxing and provide the basis for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the mumps cases in Jiaxing from 2005 to 2007. Results In 2005-2007, 4351 cases of mumps were reported in Jiaxing City, with an average annual incidence of 71.96 / 100 000. The incidence was on a monthly basis throughout the year with obvious seasonal onset, with onset in late spring and early summer and in winter Peak; patients male and female ratio was 2.34: 1, the incidence of the population concentrated in 5 to 14 years old, accounting for 91.18% of all cases; cases were mainly distributed in students, preschool children and scattered children in three groups, accounting for 97.00%. Conclusions Mumps vaccine should be given to key populations, monitoring of epidemic situation and health education should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of mumps.
