目的探讨过硫酸铵消化-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中锰含量的方法。方法尿样经过硫酸铵溶液99℃、45 min消化后,直接用火焰原子吸收分光光度计进行尿中锰含量测定。结果方法检出限为0.010 mg/L,在0~0.50mg/L锰浓度范围内该方法线性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.93%~3.96%,加标回收率95.0%~103.2%。结论该法操作简便、快捷,适于基层实验室开展尿中锰含量的测定或调查。
Objective To investigate the method of ammonium persulfate digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of manganese in urine. Methods After the urine sample was digested with ammonium sulfate solution at 99 ℃ for 45 min, the content of manganese in the urine was directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The detection limit was 0.010 mg / L. The method was linear in the range of 0 ~ 0.50 mg / L Mn (RSD). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.93% to 3.96%. The recoveries ranged from 95.0% to 103.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and suitable for the determination or investigation of urinary manganese content in primary laboratories.
