回顾多年来公安院校公安文书写作教学的状况,指出提高该课教学质量的关键问题,就是应把“多读多写”这条写作学习的普遍规律,贯彻到写作教学当中。如何贯彻呢?首先是教师必须转变现念,改多讲为多练;要正确处理“做”和“改”的矛盾;要解决练的时间;最后针对该课教改在“练”方面所遇到的一些问题,提出还要加强教学管理的科学性。
Recalling the status quo of public security colleges and universities public security document writing teaching over the years, pointing out that the key issue of improving the teaching quality is to apply the universal law of writing more reading and more writing to writing teaching.
