The short story “Is it him at all?” Through a story that seems unbelievably bizarre, it reflects the phenomena that exist in Soviet society and are almost universally accepted. The responsible cadres who occupy a certain number of leading posts, in the name of guaranteeing the stability of this unit, make falsity and turn black and white to mean deer are horses and go it alone and do whatever they want. When someone pointed out the truth of the matter and the leadership’s opinion, the leaders who hold the power also investigate the facts, but their purpose is not to clarify the issue, but to find ways to put some different opinions into them trail of. As the novel said, the government officials never “take the opinion of ordinary people seriously.” Not only do they treat the small person who points out the truth as an enemy, doubting, framing and persecuting him, but also creating a situation among the general public in such a way that you can only say “yes” and can not say “ Not ”. In contrast with the attitude toward the lower strata, those who are leaders, who are their own superiors or the so-called big men, are not only cautious and fearless, they are trying their best to consolidate their own power and prosper. Throughout his novels, the author seldom used direct exposure, on the contrary, even portrayed some of his characters with beautiful words. However, behind this “compliment,” readers feel that the author has given spicy satirical and stirring flouts of social phenomena such as bullying, speculation, corruption, bureaucracy, etc., and from time to time he has witty Humorous pen, it is a treat. According to the Soviet Union “National Friendship” magazine in 1979 No. 3 Russian translation, Russian translator is Rubel.
