本文分析了数字井下超声电视系统中影响系统性能的几个主要参数,其中包括距离测量误差、系统的裂缝分辨力、超声换能器的副瓣影响以及声波的传播损耗等.距离测量误差主要取决于时间测量精度,在正常条件下系统的平均距离检测误差可达0.3mm.裂缝分辨力与波束粗细和系统增益有关;系统的最高分辨力约为1mm.文中还分析了如何消除声波副瓣的影响等.本文分析的结果不但对于研制与应用数字井下超声电视有指导意义,而且对于超声技术的其它工业应用亦有参考价值.
This paper analyzes several main parameters that affect system performance in digital downhole ultrasound television system, including distance measurement error, the system’s crack resolution, the impact of the side lobe of the ultrasonic transducer and the acoustic wave propagation loss, etc. The distance measurement error mainly depends on In time measurement accuracy, under normal conditions, the average detection error of the system can reach 0.3mm. The resolution of the crack is related to the beam thickness and the system gain. The maximum resolution of the system is about 1mm. The paper also analyzes how to eliminate the sidelobe Influence, etc. The results of this paper are not only instructive for the development and application of digital downhole ultrasound television, but also have reference value for other industrial applications of ultrasound technology.
