社会排斥概念发源于欧洲,经过几十年的发展,成为一个使用频率比较高的概念,各界学者、政府部门都越来越倾向于从社会排斥角度来探讨一些社会问题的深层根源和研究弱势群体的处境。农村残疾人作为残疾人中最困难最弱势的群体,更应受到关注。本文介绍了农村残疾人所面临的社会排斥的现状,对国内外理论界的概念界定进行了的梳理,并且对国内外学者的相关观点及当前的研究侧重点进行归纳,以期探究农村残疾人面临社会排斥的深层原因,为政策的实施提供建议与对策。
The concept of social exclusion originates in Europe. After decades of development, it has become a concept of high frequency of use. Academics and government departments all over the world are increasingly inclined to explore the deep roots of some social issues and study the disadvantaged groups from the perspective of social exclusion The situation.
