随着我国房地产业的迅速发展及物业管理现代化水平的日益提高,迫切要求物业管理部门对业主提供高质量的服务及合理的收费,尤其是对资源的使用要有精确的计量方法,方便的查阅手段,实现按量收费。本设计采用先进的微处理器技术,设计了一种低功耗、使用方便的智能热量表,在设计当中留有数据输出接口,便于各种数据的远传和记录,实现多机联网管理和远程通讯的目的。系统的一些外围器件采用分别供电的方式进行工作,这样可以进一步的降低功耗。在软、硬件的设计中,采取一定的软、硬件抗干扰措施来提高智能热量表的抗干扰能力,还增加了越限报警的报警电路。
