校企合作的优势之一是学校可以在常规的教学活动中充分利用企业里的现成资源,丰富教学素材,获取一线案例,用具体的事物代替抽象的叙述,用实实在在的企业项目代替课本的章节。本文从衢州职业技术学院与衢州开山集团合作办学的“开山学院”压缩机系统构造课程的实际教学过程出发,阐述了校企合作的具体实践过程,总结了如何有效利用企业资源优化课堂教学效果,拓宽学生知识视野,提升学生技能内涵。
