目的识别重庆某精细化工有限公司的主要职业病危害因素及危害程度,分析其对劳动者健康的影响,对职业病防护措施进行分析与评价。方法通过职业卫生现场调查和职业卫生现场检测方法,对该化工有限公司的职业病危害进行现状评价。结果现场检测结果显示,离心岗和污水处理岗噪声8 h等效声级分别为86.8~88.2 dB(A)、97.3~99.0 dB(A),超过国家标准;精烘车间包装岗位粉尘短时间接触浓度(C_(STEL))3 d测量最大值为18.5 mg/m~3,超过国家标准。结论该化工企业主要职业病危害因素是噪声和粉尘,其强(浓)度均超过国家标准。通过设置职业病危害防护措施,加强职业卫生管理,职业病危害因素多数能得到有效控制。
Objective To identify the major occupational hazards and the degree of harm to a fine chemical company in Chongqing, analyze its impact on labors’ health, and analyze and evaluate occupational disease protective measures. Methods The status quo of occupational disease hazards in this chemical company was evaluated by occupational health field survey and occupational health field test. Results The field test results showed that the 8-h equivalent noise levels of the centrifugal gangue and the sewage gangue noise were 86.8-88.2 dB (A) and 97.3-99.0 dB (A), respectively, exceeding the national standards. The dust level in the drying workshop was short-term Concentration (C_ (STEL)) 3 d measured the maximum value of 18.5 mg / m ~ 3, exceeding the national standard. Conclusion The major occupational hazards of the chemical industry are noise and dust, and their strong (strong) degrees exceed the national standards. By setting protective measures against occupational hazards and strengthening occupational health management, most of the occupational hazards can be effectively controlled.
