The Keshan Disease Comprehensive Investigation Team, which was approved by the leading group for endemic disease prevention and treatment of the CPC Central Committee and approved by the party group of the Chinese Ministry of Health, arrived in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province on June 5 to conduct scientific inspection activities on prevention and treatment of Keshan disease.
