半亩方塘一鉴开,天光云影共徘徊。问渠那得清如许?为有源头活水来。2017年9月2日,在杭州市和西湖区各级领导、工程参建各方代表以及浙江卫视、《浙江日报》等媒体工作人员的共同见证下,随着一声启动通水的指令,杭州市富春江引水工程顺利通水。在无人机航拍下,富春江外江水经水质净化处理设施进人景观河道后形成一泓清泉,经由沿线输水渠注入到西湖区之江片区,输水沿线水光潋滟宛如一条绿带装点着西湖之江地区。
