作为一名中职教师都深有体会:职业高中学生的整体素质在不断下降,文化基础参差不齐,自主学习的能力越来越低……这都给教学工作带来很大的困难。如何改善和提高职业中专学生的学习兴趣,是摆在我们教师面前的一个紧迫问题。在新一轮课程改革实践中,我有幸结识了生本教育的创始人华南师范大学郭思乐教授的生本教育理念,在郭教授生本教育理念影响下,我大胆改革课堂教学方式,变以教师讲为主为以学生的学为主,尝试生本教学。
As a secondary vocational school teacher, I deeply understand that the overall quality of vocational high school students is declining, the cultural foundation is uneven and the ability of autonomous learning is getting lower and lower. All of these bring great difficulties to teaching work. How to improve and improve the vocational interest of secondary school students is an urgent issue for our teachers. In the new round of curriculum reform practice, I had the honor to get acquainted with the concept of student-centered education in South China Normal University, the founder of this education. Under the influence of Professor Guo’s philosophy of education, I boldly reform the teaching methods in class and change teachers Lecture-based student-based learning, students trying to teach students.
