我国当前存在着很多大学生打工的现象,但《劳动法》是否对这一现象进行保护则有着较多的说法。本文主要指出了大学生打工的内容、特点与过程中出现的问题,明确了大学生打工应该受《劳动法》保护。最后针对《劳动法》保护大学生打工提出了针对性建议,自国家、高校、大学生三个方面对此进行了论述。
At present, there are many college students working in our country, but whether the Labor Law protects this phenomenon is more. This paper mainly points out the contents, characteristics and problems in the process of college students working, and clearly defines that college students should be protected by Labor Law. In the end, it puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the protection of college students working under the “Labor Law”, which is discussed from the aspects of country, university and college students.
