利用自制的微动腐蚀系统,研究了不同浓度的 NaCl溶液和 3.5%NaCl溶液中不同的 pH值对 ICr13不锈钢微动腐蚀的影响。结果表明,微动腐蚀失重量随NaCl浓度的增加而增加,随pH值的升高而下降;NaCl的浓度(0~12)%及pH值(4~14)对微动腐蚀失重量的影响遵循不同的指数规律,影响大小的绝对值都在同一数量级,但影响方向相反;NaOH对NaCl溶液中的微动腐蚀有一定的抑制作用。
The effects of different pH values in different concentrations of NaCl solution and 3.5% NaCl solution on the fretting corrosion of stainless steel ICr13 were investigated by a homemade fretting corrosion system. The results showed that the weight loss of fretting corrosion increased with the increase of NaCl concentration and decreased with the increase of pH value. The effect of NaCl concentration (0-12%) and pH value (4-14) on the fretting corrosion loss According to different exponential law, the absolute value of influence size is in the same order of magnitude, but the influence direction is opposite; NaOH has a certain inhibitory effect on fretting corrosion in NaCl solution.
