在各级各类学校中,班级是最基层、最基本的管理单位。教学工作以班级为单位进行,各项活动以班级为单位组织。班级管理的好坏直接关系到教育教学质量的高低和人才培养的效果。做好班级管理工作,促进广大青少年德智体美劳全面发展,使更多的青少年成长为祖国四化建设者和接班人,是摆在各级领导和广大教师面前光荣而艰巨的历史任务。本文谨就如何做好中学班级管理工作问题,谈一些粗浅的体会和看法,现予以交流,以期达到互相借鉴、取长补短,促进学校班级管理工作的健康发展和素质教育不断深入的目的。
