鲤暴露于质量浓度 2 0 μg/L的镉溶液中 2周时 ,其相对生长率比对照组有增加的趋势 ;暴露 30d后鲤生长速度低于对照组 ;暴露 3~ 7d ,鲤血浆渗透压急剧下降 ,Ca2 +、Na+浓度降低而Mg2 +浓度升高。电镜观察显示 ,鲤脑垂体催乳素细胞分泌量增加 ,血浆中肾上腺皮质醇质量浓度明显增高。其离子水平及激素水平的改变均是暂时的 ,暴露 14d后恢复至正常水平。镉在短时期内导致低钙并对鲤有短期促生长效应 ,这可能与脑垂体催乳素分泌有关 ,而皮质醇含量的增高可能是鲤对镉刺激的应激反应。
