对烟草整个生长期草间小黑蛛种群的空间格局及抽样技术进行了系统研究。结果表明:(1)草间小黑蛛种群数量分布地块间无显著差异,日期间有极显著差异。(2)选择受密度影响较小的负二项分布k值,描述了草间小黑蛛种群的空间格局及其时序动态,并利用种群聚集均数λ值分析了种群聚集的原因。(3)通过Taylor和Iwao的方法描述了草间小黑蛛种群空间格局的特性为聚集型,且个体间相互吸引,确定了在一定精确度下最适理论抽样数n=1D2(1.1406x+0.1357),序贯抽样模型Tn=1.1406D2-0.1357/n或Tn=exp[-10.8999(lnD2+0.1001lnn-0.3670)]。
The spatial pattern and sampling technique of the Smilax gossypii population throughout the growing period of tobacco were systematically studied. The results showed that: (1) No significant difference was found in the population distribution of Populus tomentosa among populations, with significant differences between the two dates. (2) The negative binomial distribution k, which is less affected by the density, was chosen to describe the spatial pattern and the temporal dynamics of the population. The reason for the population aggregation was analyzed by using the λ value of population aggregation. (3) According to the method of Taylor and Iwao, the spatial distribution characteristics of Populus graminicola were clustered and attracted to each other. The optimal theoretical sampling number n = 1D2 (1.1406x + 0 .1357), sequential sampling model Tn = 1.1406D2-0.1357 / n or Tn = exp [-10.8999 (lnD2 + 0.1001lnn-0.3670)].
