一九八六年元旦刚过,来自十一个省市的部分邮委委员,陆续来到北京。他们带来了邮政改革的实践信息,满怀对“七五”建设的胜利信念,在这里参加全国邮政干线通信网“七五”发展计划方案的研讨会。
Just after the New Year’s Day in 1986, some members of the postal administrations from eleven provinces and municipalities came to Beijing one after another. They brought practical information on postal reform and were full of their confidence in the victory of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”. They participated in a seminar on the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” for the development of the postal communications network in the country here.
