2005年8月28日第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十七次会议通过了《中华人民共和国公证法》,并于2006年3月1日起正式施行。这部历经20余年砥砺成型的《公证法》的颁布与施行,无疑是自1980年中国公证制度全面恢复以来中国公证界的头等大事,也是一件喜事,公证行业终于有了一部自己的法律。《中华人民共和国公证法》(以下称《公证法》)
On August 28, 2005, the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress passed the Notary Law of the People’s Republic of China and came into effect on March 1, 2006. The promulgation and implementation of this Notary Law, which has been tempered for more than 20 years, is undoubtedly the top priority for China’s notary public since the full restoration of China’s notarization system in 1980. It is also a happy event that the notary industry finally has its own laws . “People’s Republic of China Notary Law” (hereinafter referred to as “Notary Law”)
