古代中国女子缠足已是几千年封建社会的文化疾患,人们常常是在历史和文化的惯性中生活着,不知不觉。小脚也一直是文化莫名的一个禁区。从缠足的滥觞到小脚成为一个普遍的审美标准,其漫长的过程,是浸淫着血和泪的辛酸史。
Ancient Chinese women’s foot-binding is a cultural disorder in the feudal society for thousands of years. People often live in the inertia of history and culture and unconsciously. Feet have always been a restricted area of cultural inexplicability. The long process of becoming a universal aesthetic standard from footbathing to footing is the history of bitterness in blood and tears.
