目的探讨肺鳞癌中MMP-2,p53和Bcl-2的表达及相互关系。方法应用免疫组化法(SP法)检测50例肺鳞癌患者术后的石蜡包埋标本中MMP-2、p53和Bcl-2的表达情况。结果MMP-2在肺鳞癌组织中阳性率76.0%,p53阳性率57.41%,Bcl-2阳性率44.44%,MMP-2的表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关,而与肿瘤部位、患者年龄无关。MMP-2过度表达与p53基因的突变有关。P53和Bcl-2之间则呈显著负相关(P<0.005)。结论MMP-2的表达与肺鳞癌的侵袭转移性有关。p53基因突变后MMP-2表达增强。Bcl-2与p53在细胞凋亡调控中是相互作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of MMP-2, p53 and Bcl-2 in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Methods The expression of MMP-2, p53 and Bcl-2 in paraffin-embedded specimens of 50 patients with squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The positive rate of MMP-2 in lung squamous cell carcinoma was 76.0%, the positive rate of p53 was 57.41%, the positive rate of Bcl-2 was 44.44%. The expression of MMP-2 was significantly correlated with tumor size, differentiation and lymph node metastasis, , Patient age has nothing to do. Overexpression of MMP-2 is associated with p53 gene mutation. There was a significant negative correlation between P53 and Bcl-2 (P <0.005). Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 is related to the invasion and metastasis of lung squamous cell carcinoma. p53 gene mutation MMP-2 expression increased. Bcl-2 interacts with p53 in the regulation of apoptosis.
