我厂生产路面砖、路缘石、彩色地砖、空心砌块等,但主要生产粉煤灰小型空心砌块,年产量7万立方米。粉煤灰砌块系采用海斯RH500成型机振动成型、快速脱模、再经常压湿热蒸养而制成的。但粉煤灰砌块成型后初始结构强度低,水化硬化速度比普通混凝土慢。脱模的砌块在蒸养时无钢模约束,各自由面全部暴露在湿热蒸汽中,如果控制不当,砌块将产生不同程度的膨胀变形和开裂,致使混凝土结构强度下降,甚至破坏。在生产过程中,我们认为除了努力提高混凝土的密实度和强度外,还要注意蒸汽养护的方法和制度,使砌块混凝土的结构强度增长能大于蒸汽养护引起的破坏作用,从而使砌块获得较理想的强度指标。
