Objective To understand the process of osteoporotic fracture healing and cytological changes during. Methods Adult ovariectomized ovariectomized female rats were divided into three groups: model of postmenopausal osteoporosis, and artificial tibial fractures were treated with screw fixation to observe fracture healing. The results showed that about two weeks after the osteoporotic fracture, a large number of round cells proliferated in and around the trabecular bone and fractured the trabecular bone. Collagen fibers were formed in the lacunae of the resorption lacuna but were sparse and disordered. In the period of fracture reshaping, osteoclastic bone resorption activity appears to be very active, and osteoblastic bone formation appears to be abnormally weak. Conclusion The treatment of osteoporotic fractures should not only make the fractures well reset and firm, but also promote the activity of osteoblasts, reduce the activity of osteoclasts, increase the formation of bone and decrease the bone resorption .
