骨髓转移瘤发生率报告在10％至47％之间,多种恶性肿瘤均可能转移至骨髓。本文总结20例经骨髓检查证实为恶性瘤患者,其原发病为肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、神经母胞瘤、肝癌、肾癌、脑瘤等12例,原发部位不明者8例。对其诊断及临床意义提出几点体会。
The incidence of bone marrow metastases is reported between 10% and 47%, and many malignancies are likely to metastasize to the bone marrow. This article summarizes 20 cases of bone marrow examination confirmed malignant tumor patients, the primary disease of lung cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, neuroblastoma, liver cancer, kidney cancer, brain tumor in 12 cases, 8 cases of unknown origin.
