目的对某外资钎具生产项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害分类管理办法》等标准采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查法进行定性、定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为:粉尘、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、甲醇、丙酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、高温等。该项目各种职业病危害因素检测结果均能符合国家卫生标准。结论该项目已基本具备职业卫生方面的竣工验收条件。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a foreign-funded brazing production project. Methods Based on the “Management Measures for Classification of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects”, occupational health field surveys, occupational health tests and occupational health examination methods were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in this project are dust, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, methanol, acetone, benzene, toluene, xylene, noise, high temperature and so on. The project all kinds of occupational hazards test results are in line with national health standards. Conclusion The project has basically completed the conditions of acceptance of occupational health conditions.
