四季桂品系中的日香桂(O.frangrans ‘Rixiangui’)是近年来引人关注的桂花珍品。笔者从1987年开始对日香桂的繁殖进行了12年的反复试验,起初曾运用压条、嫁接、常规扦插等方法,但成活率均不高。直到1993～1995年采用封闭扦插法,才取得了理想效果,成活率在95%以上。在目前组培技术未得到解决的情况下,此法值得大力提倡。 1.整理苗床苗床宽1米左右,高于地面10厘米,长根据扦插规模
O.frangrans ’Rixiangui’ in the Four Seasons Cinnamon is the most famous sweet-scented osmanthus flower in recent years. The author began experimenting with the reproduction of Japanese sweet-scented osmanthus in 1987 for 12 years. At first, it used the methods of lamination, grafting and conventional cutting, but its survival rate was not high. Until 1993 ~ 1995 using closed cutting method, it achieved the desired effect, the survival rate of 95% or more. In the current tissue culture technology has not been resolved, this method is worth promoting. 1.
