在我国现阶段的医院财务管理工作中,财务内部控制问题正日益成为工作的重点关注内容,其对于医院整体工作的质量产生直接影响。财务内部控制问题不仅能够影响财务管理效率,而且在一定程度上作用于财务工作的风险系数。最近这些年随着我国医疗卫生体系改革的不断深入,我国医院已经越来越重视对医院财务内部控制,这有利于提升医院的综合实力让本土医院更容易在经济全球化的大背景之下获得机遇与挑战;文章主要对医院财务内部控制管理工作进行了分析,从中总结出目前财务内控所产生的问题以及相关完善建议。
In the present stage of hospital financial management in our country, the issue of financial internal control is increasingly becoming the focus of the work, which has a direct impact on the quality of the overall work of the hospital. The article mainly analyzes the internal financial control of the hospital and summarizes the problems arising from the financial internal control and the related suggestions.
