依据产业结构高级化的原理,我们就能够确定能够产业结构高级化的因素和量化指标,在此基础上,对超级结构高级化的模型进行构建,辅以1992—2012年中国各个省份的调查数据,我们就可以发现,对产业结构高级化影响最大的因素就是社会需要,社会需要决定着产业结构高级化的进程能否顺利进行,而在这里面,对产业结构高级化进程具有最大动力的就是消费者需求,而我国目前的工作进程安排不利于产业结构高级化的发展,就造成了我国相关行业产业结构迟迟无法实现。
Based on the principle of advanced industrial structure, we can determine the factors and quantitative indicators that can be advanced in the industrial structure. On this basis, we build a model for the advanced structure of the superstructure, supplemented by the survey data of various provinces in China from 1992 to 2012 , We can find that the factors that have the greatest impact on the advancement of the industrial structure are the needs of the society and the need of the society for the process of the advanced industrial structure to proceed smoothly.
