目的 :优选茯苓总三萜的超声波提取工艺。方法 :在单因素考察的基础上,以茯苓中总三萜的得率为评价指标,采用响应面分析法(选取乙酸乙酯为溶剂,料液比、提取温度、提取时间)确定最佳的超声波辅助提取工艺。结果 :最佳工艺为30倍体积的乙酸乙酯,超声时间32 min,超声温度35℃,茯苓总三萜的得率为0.685%。验证试验结果为0.683%,与预测值接近。结论 :Box-Behnken-设计的响应面优化茯苓总三萜的提取工艺方法简单,合理,可预测性优。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of Poria total triterpenoids. Methods: On the basis of single factor test, the yield of total triterpenoids in Poria cocos were used as evaluation index, and the best response was determined by response surface analysis (using ethyl acetate as solvent, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time) Ultrasonic-assisted extraction process. Results: The optimum conditions were 30 times volume of ethyl acetate, ultrasonic time of 32 min and ultrasonic temperature of 35 ℃. The total triterpene yield of Poria was 0.685%. The validation test result was 0.683%, close to the predicted value. Conclusion: Box-Behnken-designed response surface optimization of Tuckahoe total triterpene extraction process is simple, reasonable and predictable.
