目的 探讨舒肝解郁胶囊配合文拉法辛片治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果.方法 选择在本院诊治的老年抑郁症患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组患者实施文拉法辛片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加以舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果.结果 观察组患者的抑郁症状改善及住院时间显著低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05);观察组SDS、HAMD及PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P ＜ 0.05).结论 疏肝解郁胶囊配合文拉法辛片治疗老年抑郁症,可有效降低患者的抑郁情绪,减轻患者的睡眠障碍.“,”Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Venlafaxine Tablets in the treatment of senile depression. Methods A total of 100 elderly depression patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.
