目的分析聊城市2009-2011年手足口病流行特征,探讨流行相关因素,为制定切实可行的防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法,对中国疾病监测信息系统中报告的聊城市2009-2011年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果聊城市2009-2011年共报告手足口病33 557例,总发病率为193.14/10万。2009-2011年分别报告16 018例、11 726例和5 813例,发病率分别为277.60/10万、201.44/10万和100.40/10万。发病高峰集中在4-7月,占78.15%(26 225/33 557);以5岁以下年龄组为主要发病人群,占94.47%;发病职业以散居儿童为主,占91.00%;男性发病高于女性,性别发病比为2∶1。结论聊城市2009-2011年手足口病发病率呈逐年下降趋势;有明显季节性;男性发病率高于女性;以5岁以下散居儿童发病为主。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Liaocheng from 2009 to 2011, discuss the related factors of epidemic, and provide a scientific basis for making practical prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of HFMD in 2009-2011 in Liaocheng City reported by China Disease Surveillance Information System. Results A total of 33 557 HFMD cases were reported in Liaocheng from 2009 to 2011, with a total incidence of 193.14 / 100 000. In 2009-2011, there were 16,018 cases, 11,726 cases and 5,813 cases respectively, with the incidence rates of 277.60 / 100,000, 201.44 / 100,000 and 100.40 / 100,000, respectively. The incidence peaked from April to July, accounting for 78.15% (26 225/33 557). The age group under 5 years old accounted for 94.47% of the total. The incidence of occupational diseases was mainly scattered children, accounting for 91.00%. The incidence of males was high In women, the sex ratio is 2: 1. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD in 2009-2011 in Liaocheng City showed a declining trend year by year. There was a clear seasonal pattern. The incidence of HFMD in women was higher than that in women. The incidence of diarrhea children under 5 years old was the main factor.
