冶金部贵阳铝镁设计院于今年上半年內,先后两次组织了十七个工程技术干部,对39个工程项目的技术档案进行了清理、鉴定。他们吸取了以往鉴定技术档案的工作经验,这欢组织工作做得好,业务工作也做得好。经过清理、鉴定,分清了玉石,从而便于安全保管,便于高效率地提供利用。现将该院技术档案清理、鉴定的情况综合如下。档案的初步处理分留存、封存、作废和转为参考资料四种情况。 (一)凡属下列情况之一者,均作为技术档案保管:(1)已施工并投入生产的设计项目;(2)正在施工或准备施工的设计项目;(3)已经施工而又停止的,将来
