听课是校长的本职工作，而且是组织领导教学的一项重要工作。但是，有人认为中学校长是负责学校行政工作的，开开会，表表态，提提升学指标，搞搞复习突击等，就行了。这样的领导方法，不仅远远不能适应当前学校工作的要求，而且是有害的。
The lecture is the principal’s own job, and it is an important task for the organization and leadership of teaching. However, some people think that the school principal is responsible for school administrative work, opening a meeting, expressing his position, mentioning promotion indicators, and engaging in review and surprise attacks. Such leadership methods are not only far from adapting to current school work requirements, but are also harmful.
