1973年8月在杨州师范学院化学系实验工厂、上海电工仪器厂、长城电工仪器厂、陕西省计量局、甘肃省计量管理处,以及中国计量科学研究院的参加下,对53个国产高精度标准电池进行了性能试验,并在温度10~30℃范围内测定了它们的温度系数,同时也测定了滞后效应、放电后的恢复能力等特性。试验结果,全部标准电池的滞后效应小于2微伏,放电后的恢复能力小于2微伏,达到了对高精度标准电池的性能判别要求。在测定标准电池的温度系数时,是在10、15、20、25、30℃时进行的,所测得的数据,经过数学处理后,得出温度系数列于
