一直以来,国人对医改一直不满意,总认为医疗费贵,医保负担重,归根结底同药品的高费用和医疗领域的各类不正常现象密切相关。这些问题总的来说包括药品购销领域的腐败现象,医生医德的缺失,国家财政拨款不足,药价虚高等等方面。在今后的发展中,药剂科只有建立科学的、规范的管理,才能真正担负起医院药品的采购、调配、供应以及制剂、保管、质检等任务。也只有这样,医院的社会效益和经济效益才能得以提高,进而跟上医院的步伐共同发展。
All along, people have been dissatisfied with the medical reform, always think that medical expenses are high, and the medical insurance burden is, in the final analysis, closely related to the high expenses of medicines and various abnormal phenomena in the medical field. These problems generally include corruption in the field of medicine purchase and sale, the lack of doctors’ ethics, inadequate funding from state finances, and high drug prices. In the future development, the establishment of scientific, standardized management of pharmacy department can really assume the task of procurement, deployment, supply and preparation, storage, quality control of hospital drugs. Only in this way can the social and economic benefits of the hospital be enhanced and the common development can be followed up with the pace of the hospital.
