Editor’s Note: The Marshal of the Republic, with his great practice of endless struggle, has devoted himself to the Chinese people’s liberation cause and socialist construction and established outstanding merits and immortal achievements. From different perspectives, he has conducted discussions on the history of the People’s Republic of China, the party History and military history wrote a brilliant chapter. In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, we have compiled this set of “the story of the Marshal of the Republic for joining the party.” I hope readers can see from the side of the Chinese Communists that Marshal joined the Communist Party of China that they are enlightened and inspired by their constant pursuit of truth, their firm belief in Marxism and their lifelong dedication to the cause of communism.
