自1981年1月起,我们采用甘露醇盐水腹泻疗法治疗尿毒症4例,取得一定疗效,现介绍于下。甘露醇盐水配方:每升中含甘露醇33克(或用20%甘露醇165毫升),5%碳酸氢钠30毫升,10%氯化钠20毫升,10%葡萄糖酸钙5毫升,10%氯化钾3毫升,加温开水至1000毫升。(甘露醇、碳酸氢钠、氯化钠、氯化钾均可用粉剂配制)。治疗方法:病人于清晨起按每小时2000毫升的速度,3小时半内共饮加温的甘露醇盐水7000毫升,隔天进行1次,以后视病情每周进行1～2次。为预防病人呕
