利用FORMASTOR FTM—4型全自动相变仪,测定了40CrMnSiMOVA 铜的 C、C、T 曲线,并探讨了在不同冷速下的相变及组织特点.此钢在一般淬火冷却时,得到的组织为 M+B_下+A_R,而在极快速冷却条件下,才能得到 M+A_R 组织,通过组织分析,作者认为:在一般淬火冷却下,先形成 M 而后形成 B 下.此钢经热处理后的性能具有一定的强韧性配合,符合超高强钢的要求.
