针对最佳水源地方案的选择是一个多目标的优选问题，提出用价值分析法评价诸方案的优劣。该文简要介绍了它的基本原理，并给出了一个简单实例，结果表明效果较好。
The selection of the optimal water source scheme is a multi-objective optimization problem. It is proposed to use value analysis to evaluate the pros and cons of the schemes. This article briefly introduces its basic principles and gives a simple example. The results show that the effect is good.
