观察止消通脉宁对糖尿病大鼠肾组织糖化终产物受体 (RAGE)mRNA表达的影响。以链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠为模型 ,采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应 (RT PCR) ,检测止消通脉宁治疗 12周糖尿病大鼠肾组织RAGEmRNA水平。结果显示糖尿病大鼠肾皮质糖化终产物(AGEs)含量、RAGEmRNA表达均高于正常大鼠 (P <0 0 1) ,止消通脉宁可降低糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs含量 ,下调肾皮质RAGEmRNA过度表达 (P <0 0 1)。说明止消通脉宁可调节糖尿病大鼠肾组织RAGEmRNA的异常表达
Observe the effect of Zhixiao Tongmaining on the expression of renal glycosylation end product receptor (RAGE) mRNA in diabetic rats. Streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats were used as a model. Reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was used to detect the effect of Zhixiao Tongmaining on renal tissue RAGE mRNA levels in 12-week diabetic rats. The results showed that the levels of renal cortical glycosylated end products (AGEs) and RAGE mRNA expression in diabetic rats were higher than those in normal rats (P < 0.01). Zhixiao Tongmaining can reduce the content of AGEs in renal cortex of diabetic rats and down-regulate RAGE mRNA in renal cortex. Expression (P < 0 01).
