让学生感到,你正是他们当中实实在在的一名伙伴: ——让学生感到,你的音容笑貌,举手投足,无不充满着对他们诚挚的爱,令人可亲可近; 不要使学生觉得,你在牵他、赶他、逼他;而当他猛然回首,却发现已被你领进了一个全新的境地! 在学校管理中,常可发现一些反常现象:有的老师上课时尽管声色俱厉,学生却不买帐,最后摔书甩笔而去;有的学生与老师赌气、顶牛,闹得老师束手无策;有的老师在“坏学生”面前怒气难平,诉诸拳脚,结果引起轩然大波……于是,怨懑之声每每入耳:“现在的学生难教!”果真是学生难教么?非也!凡学生,没有不敬畏老师的。刚进校门时,“老师”这个称谓,在孩子们的心目中是那样的神圣,那样的至高无上,其对老师的敬畏心理,超过了对其亲生父母!那么,在教育实践中,又怎么会出现上述那样的反常现象呢?我以为,其主要原因在于教师在教育方法上没有切合学生的心理特征,没有懂得珍惜学生对老师的那一份天真纯朴的感情,甚至在批评学生时有意无意地伤害了这种感情。作为教师,应如何珍惜学生这种纯真的感情,并
