Al-Cu-Mg-Zr是在超塑铝合金Al-Cu-Zr的基础上发展起来的新型超塑硬铝合金。含有0.35%Mg的Al-Cu-Mg-Zr合金,在固溶处理以后其室温强度和耐蚀性较Al-Cu-Zr合金有显著提高,是综合性能较好的新型超塑硬铝合金材料。本文对合金的超塑性进行了研究,测得了δ-T、δ-ε_0、logδ-1ogε、m-logε的关系曲线;分析了合金具有超塑变形的组织特征。经研究采用合理工艺制得的合金材料,在温度430~450℃,应变速度为1.6×10~(-3)S~(-1)条件下,其延伸率一般均大于500%,最大可达1290%。m值为0.5左右。
Al-Cu-Mg-Zr is a new type of superplastic aluminum alloy developed on the basis of Al-Cu-Zr superplastic aluminum alloy. Compared with Al-Cu-Zr alloy, the Al-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy containing 0.35% Mg has better room-temperature strength and corrosion resistance than the Al-Cu-Zr alloy after solution treatment and is a new superplastic hard aluminum alloy with better overall performance . In this paper, the superplasticity of the alloy was studied. The curves of δ-T, δ-ε_0, logδ-1ogε and m-logε were obtained. The microstructures of the alloy with superplastic deformation were analyzed. The alloy materials prepared by reasonable process have been studied, and their elongation rates are more than 500% at the temperature of 430-450 ℃ and the strain rate of 1.6 × 10 -3 S -1, 1290%. The value of m is about 0.5.
