数学忧虑是近几十年心理学研究的一个热点问题,研究表明数学忧虑不仅影响个体情绪情感、社会性的健康发展,而且还影响数学认知的发展。它会使个体对数学刺激产生负面的生理反应、对自己解决数学问题的能力怀有错误的信念和消极的态度,最终的结果是数学忧虑者会回避需要应用数学技能的环境和职业,因而高数学忧虑者数学学业成绩一般都较低。本文就此问题的形成做一些探讨,以寻求合理解决数学忧虑的途径。
Mathematical anxiety is a hot issue in psychology research in recent decades. Research shows that mathematical anxiety not only affects individual emotional emotion and social healthy development, but also affects the development of mathematical cognition. It causes individuals to have negative physiological responses to mathematical stimuli, false beliefs and negative attitudes toward their ability to solve mathematical problems. The end result is that math anxiety avoids the environments and professions that require the application of mathematical skills, and hence high Math anxiety math academic performance generally lower. This article makes some discussions on the formation of this problem in order to seek a reasonable solution to the math problems.
