对庆大霉素（ＧＭ） 致豚鼠的耳毒性反应进行拮抗及治疗研究。证实复聪片可减轻ＧＭ 的耳毒性反应， 保护耳蜗听毛细胞， 拮抗ＧＭ 所致之听阈升高， 电镜观察显示毛细胞损害减轻。对已由ＧＭ 致聋的豚鼠，复聪片可促使受损毛细胞形态及功能在一定程度上恢复， 有效降低ＧＭ 耳中毒豚鼠听阈， 阻止ＧＭ 停药后迟发的听阈升高。表明复聪片对ＧＭ 所致的豚鼠耳中毒有一定的防治作用。
Antagonism and treatment of ototoxicity induced by gentamicin (GM) in guinea pigs. It was confirmed that Fucong Tablets can reduce the ototoxicity of GM, protect the cochlea from hearing hair cells, and antagonize GM-induced elevation of the hearing threshold. Electron microscopy revealed that hair cell damage was reduced. For guinea pigs that have been induced by GM, Fucong Tablets can promote the recovery of damaged hair cell morphology and function to a certain extent, effectively reduce the GM ear poisoning guinea pig hearing threshold, and prevent the late hearing threshold elevation after GM withdrawal. It showed that Fusong Tablets had certain preventive and therapeutic effects on guinea pig ear poisoning caused by GM.
