在目前的常规超窄带通光学薄膜滤光片制备中,人们都采用在2个1/4波片构造的高反射层间夹一薄层的设计方案。这一方案可以给出带宽非常窄的滤光片,但它对薄膜制备中每一层的厚度控制要求非常严格。然而,在实际制备中,由于膜层厚度的微小涨落会使滤光片的性能明显降低,或使得高性能滤光片的成品率大大下降。因此,实现半高宽窄、透过率高的优质超窄带通光学薄膜滤光片往往需要很高的成本。
In the current conventional ultra-narrow band pass optical thin-film filter preparation, people are used in the two 1/4-wave structure of the high reflection layer between the folder a thin layer of design.
